This is the progress of a baby I'm painting. This is the first time I've caricatured someone this young and it's turning out to be quite an experience. I have sketched caricatures of my daughter before but she was older than this. It makes a big difference. There are very few facial features there to play around with. Except in this case the blind eye. Still, every step forward is a step in the right direction according to Terry Pratchett. I just finished "and I shall wear midnight" this afternoon. I'm usually a big fan of the Tiffany Aching series mainly because of the nac mac feegle but this one really wasn't up to parr. Oh well, Win some lose some right Terry?
