It amazes me what can be done when you don't have the threat of a job hanging over your head. That endless parade of idiocy know commonly as middle management. The bowing and scraping and toadying. The travel back and forth, the endless grooming and let's not forget the fear and self hatred. I've done more quality work in the last two days than in the last month.
